Team Photography:
High-Action Photography offers team and individual photography for groups of all sizes. Whether you are a single team, or an organization with dozens of teams, we have the staff to meet your needs.
Team photo shoots must be booked 2-3 weeks in advance. We will send order forms to your group ahead of time that should be handed out to the athletes before picture day. We then ask that the athletes bring their completed order form and payment on picture day.
On picture day, we will come to your location and set up one or more photo stations. For larger groups, we can set up multiple stations so that several different teams can be photographed at the same time. We ask the coaches or organizers to set the schedule for photo day, allowing 15-20 minutes per team. Our photographers will take a team photo, and will also take individual shots of each athlete. We also offer buddy shots, which are group photos of friends or siblings.
There are several options for photo delivery. We can return the orders to each head coach, or can come back on a specified day and distribute the photos to each athlete ourselves. We can also mail the photos directly to each athlete, but additional charges will be added to cover shipping costs. Depending on the size of your group, you can expect to receive your photos in 2-5 weeks. Athletes may purchase additional prints at a later date if they choose, and information on how to do that will be included with each order.
After all the orders have been delivered, High-Action Photography will donate 10% of all proceeds back to the team/organization. You can expect to receive these funds two months after your photo day.
